The Heart of System controls is our Human Capital and we obsessively believe that the development of our people is one of our prime responsibilities and there is a conscious effort on the part of the management to align our HR policies with our strategy of sustaining and flourishing in high-technology business.

Training : Training is an integral part of any System Control employee and the training starts from the very first day that he is on the rolls of our company; there is a comprehensive orientation programme to a person new to our team.

Continuous on the job training aimed to improve technical, management and soft skills is being offered by our vastly experienced and technically competent senior staff to all the members of our team. Some employees are identified and are provided overseas technical training as well.

Our Competent staffs are backed by state of the art infrastructure including a full-fledged library, professional software packages and test equipments.
