The Design output goes through precise modeling and is being reviewed using simulation tools of design software and corrections initiated thereon. Further verification and validation is performed using analysis package such as thermal and structural before releasing for manufacture.

In order to attain seamless integration from the design stage, Our UG manufacturing software loads the CAD drawings and necessary CNC programs are generated and transferred on to the machines. Our CMM is linked to our Design office and CNC machining control system facilitating seamless integration so that all the inspecting data can be shared and necessary corrections in the program is automatically carried out from the CMM to CNC machine.
